The location is very good, opposite to a theatre with a big square. On my side of the building I can see through the window people dancing and talking on the square. The bathroom is small but also has a window, which is special for me because nowadays it is very rare for a bathroom to have its own window, I think. The staff were also very friendly. I travelled on a Sunday and forgot to pack the charging cable for my iPhone. The reception was very nice to lend me a charging cable, which saved my day especially when you depend a lot of google maps in a new city.

I was travelling by rail so the location was great as it was only a ten minute walk from the train station and the main square and sights are only a short walk away. The room was what I was expecting from Ibis, standard and basic, but everything you need, including an iron (you have to ask for one at reception). I had a nice view of the local square and cathedral spires in the distance.

We had a really good sized room with a walk in shower and A/C which we didn't need. The surrounding area is rather noisy with the market setting up from 3.30 am. But you'd expect that being in a big city. The Saturday market was worth it! The main attractions were all within a 15 minute walk.
